Established over 30 years ago, The Framing Shop is a family run business with two branches in Manchester but virtually no online presence.

Seeking new opportunities beyond the local area, and with a rise in popularity of design-your-own frames online, a new online brand called Picture Frames Direct was launched.

At our first meeting with the team, it was clear they had ambitions for commercial growth with the management team keen to explore how digital marketing could help achieve their goals.

A new website had recently launched, but it wasn’t generating the expected level of sales.
